Carlsen-Karjakin World Championship 2016 Game 6.

That was not boring, place your bets!
Never ending-draw story:)

"Carlsen is losing patience,,Karjakin looks like he won a free mountain bike"(like wrote Tyler Schwartz),

How much time could drink mineral water?
It must be tiring,They need bit fantasy

Too short a match, and the players are not at risk. Unfortunately, a business that invests money in a match, are not interested in the content side of chess.
It would be cool if they made a rule saying you can't play the same opening twice. And no draw offers allowed haha.
@justdoit89

Yeah, they only find out what opening they are playing that day by drawing blind fold from a hat containing several suggested openings.

A draw can only be offered after fifty moves
It's like cheating. Magnus Carlsen and Sergey Karjakin are paid to play all day. Instead, they agree on draws, take the money, and go chilling out.
@justdoit89 it won't help. Problem is that most perfect computer lines are dead boring. chess960 are better and chess with full initial presetup of your own side are best of the best in terms of colorfull games and keeping the idea of battle between sides.
Crazyhouse are probably most complicated of all, but they stop to be analogue of battle between sides.
Atomic are most modern type of chess, but they seem to have too little variations and freedom.
May be the best rule you can create - exchanges are not allowed untill turn XX, which are much like chess with initial presetup.
There is no Atomic, Crazyhouse, chess960, 3 check, antichess or any other chess variant world championship. It's only for standard chess. Like it or not. There are no chess clubs that play variants over the board and no rating federations (like FIDE) for variants. There is not enough demand to organize these things. Compare the number of variants players to standard players on Lichess to get an idea.
