No I haven't but in rl I've seen a cat nonchalantly walking across a yard when he catches sight of a piece of old hose and suddenly springs 3 foot straight up. Guess it triggered a snake response.
haha, yah, they do it with lightspeed ;-D without bending their knees first ;-D ... and btw gherkins are several times fatter than hose...
@DuMussDieUhrDruecken Well sure,a cat that wasn't scared of a gherkin would be in a real pickle.
