#10, black also has two black square bishops.
but nice work.
BEAUTIFUL
Awesome dude, great for correspondence games. I recently modified a hand-carved balinese chess set, complete with dragons rather than knights, into a hanging correspondence set. No magnets I just drilled two holes in all squares, as well as two holes in every piece that I then placed nails into and it came out great. Now, like my online games, all my pieces are hanging.

Oh could you share a picture of that? I'm kind of liking this idea. I might do one myself, although I am not artist at all, that's for sure.
#13 Wow, awesome! You should share a picture :D I was also considering a hanging system but couldn't think of a way to do it on canvas :D (also, I'm stealing that hanging joke for future use hehehe)
Uploading pic soon
That's a really cool chessboard! Why would someone throw it away? :O
I wouldn't trade my dragons for their bishops if I were you.
Crazy right? It's not the greatest workmanship- the original product or the modifications- but I feel its charm and the grandiose pieces more than make up for it.
dragon pair > than bishop pair imo
Cool! It definitely has a rustic feel to it :D The dragon looks cool... but that King looks terrifying
LOL, I bet us two could make a ton by selling hang-able chess boards :)
