Is having a low centipawn loss good?

Winning is good. Losing is bad. Drawing is the worst. CPL doesn't matter.
It is also worth noting that centipawn loss is highly dependent on the strength and style of play of your opponent. If your opponent poses you few problems or makes strategic blunders so that the best move is easy to find and understand, then your centipawn loss will tend to be lower. On the other hand, if your opponent constantly causes you complex and challenging problems, your centipawn loss will tend be higher (holding skill level constant).
