How high ranking to have a trophy on your profile?

Depends on the size of the tournament! I know for the really big seasonal ones it's usually 500.

the seasonal 24h marathons award permanent trophies beginning from 500th place
the rating ranking places a trophy on your profile for being top 100, and should you move out of the top 100 or have high rating deviation, your trophy will be removed
