Server identifies inaccuracies but Learn From Mistake identifies them as mistakes

As per title, in this game after running the server analysis, a lot of inaccuracies and 1 blunder was found from me. However, the Learn From Mistake tool identified 3 mistakes (including the blunder). Is this expected behavior ?
