Advice for 2100 bullet?

I play mostly hyperbullet or ultrabullet. I am 1900 at chess.comnd 2100 at lichess. Actually i am stuck at 2100s. How can i arise about 2300-2400 because it is same for 6 months. There is no possibility to increase neither my rapid or blitz bcs of my time is less. So what can i do else?
To improve at bullet you need to improve your chess by playing longer time controls
Play rapid and classical to improve chess overall

Play blitz and analyze to determine what you need work on
"I want to reach 2100 bullet"
Mark the words of a 2400, bullet won't help you reach anywhere. Try slower time controls instead.
If you can't prepare Bullet with Rapid or Classical, don't expect your Bullet rating to increase. There's no better or equal strategy.

If i have a computer that would be easy but at mobile phone there is a limit when it comes to speed.
So although i emphasize it, everyone mentions about classical chess. I concede it, i have no chance to improve without long time period chess. So i will try to create time.
A couple things I've learned over the years:
1. Do more tactics. Doesn't matter how many puzzles you've done, it's not enough. You can always do more.
2. Play more games overall. Experience will matter after a certain point. Classical and rapid is good for strategical ideas, while blitz is for practicing your instincts and time management.
3. It's better to play a "not bad" move than to play the best move, if the good move is easier to find. Bullet is mostly about not making any major concessions while also playing fast. If you can a play move that won't allow any easy tactics, it's usually fine.
4. Playing systems is usually a good idea as you can premove more freely, thus saving time in the first 10 moves. Of course, you should still be wary of common traps, but this is where experience comes in.
5. As for speed... some days you will be faster, and others you will be slower. Speed is something that comes with playing more, as you will spot good moves faster and move your mouse/fingers faster.

If you want to improve at chess, bullet is not a good place to start. If you want to improve at bullet chess, I'd say playing bullet is ONE way to get better :)
