From my experience generally people are used to fast time control and therefore are too lazy to at least try to calculate more deeply and their playing their standard blitz game relying up on instinct and basic tricks . That's ok since we're just casual players. Majority of classical players in games like 20+10 will be playing on increment and although they would beat me in blitz or 10+0 or 10+5 they're often ending in huge trouble with enormous advantage on clock but that's their chose
