Block users

I would love to be able to block players. There are players that are quite annoying (like making a horrible blunder and letting time expire, more than 4 minutes, instead of resigning) and it's not fun to play with them even if you win.

You should already be able to block a player from their profile page. But it would be nice if this also blocked their chat messages in the pools.

Or, you know, report them.

If we could also give a player an up-vote at the end of a game. Then between up-votes and Blocks Lichess could build a system of trust. This trust could assist players in selecting opponents. I have meet some really great players on here and it would be great to pay forward that relationship to other like minded players.

Is it ok and what is the most probable outcome if you report someone who lets time ( 3 or 4 minutes at least) expire? Or someone who insults the others players harshly in the chat window?

Time wasters are annoying, but there's no action against them.

Insults will get you muted, if it's a habit they'll probably get banned.
