Return of ratings for banned oponets.

A week ago I lost to two banned (judging by the fact that the accounts were already closed) opponents, but I did not get my rating points back for them. Is there anyway we can do something about this? I feel unfair. I know there's a three-day rule, but don't you think that's too short? It is necessary to at least increase the rating over the last month, don’t you think?

If you have played some games after that, your rating has already adjusted itself.
