Perpetual check(eternal) in chess, definition and games

Each of us was beginner in game of chess.....:)
This Dad taught,this teacher too.....
But here are people who need a little more on this topic.....

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perpetual_check

Maybe,I'm beginner too,I think so
I read it and understood:)
In Wiki, there are many examples but I would like to add one-

http://pl.lichess.org/dmaOOhSd/black

I would also like to ask professionals chessplayers to retain "honest face" and a little culture

Captain Kristo
Leader Kristo's Team Chess
It's about he same as 1st example on wiki.
Maybe the complaint was more towards your lack of fighting spirit?

Just wondering, it seems like an equal position (you're a little less developed, but still, why force a draw? Aren't you playing for fun?).

Draw with black usually considered as an achievement.
There is nothing bad in playing on draw.

It's like in football - team often play on draw when match is on enemy territory, because it is much harder to play, than when you at home.

Insulting player only because he plays perpetual checks - cannot be acceptable.
Kevin should apologize, definitely.
Well I don't see the insult, so I can't say if he should apologise. What I do know is your football analogy doesn't hold up - in a football match where there is something actually at stake that strategy would potentially be present, but there was nothing at all at stake here. In an exhibition football match you wouldn't see it. This was a casual match, I think a complaint about lack of interest in playing is a valid one, especially given that Stockfish analysed the situation as basically even.
I got one of those situations yesterday. A guy up two pawns in a winning position forced draw because I was 200 points higher than him; it just shows that for some people points are more important that entertainment; I was more annoyed by that than I would have been by the idea of losing the game!

That said, the person insulting is always on the wrong side of an argument, that's for sure
"repetition = lucky to escape in a lost position that I should have resigned"

That's just an incorrect generalization. It takes 2 to repeat. If the player opts to repeat moves it's an indication that the position can't be improved. Sometimes the best moves just lead to a quick draw. It happened with Carlsen and Anand in the World Championship even, if I recall. I think they reached draw at like move 20. It happens.
Are you even sure he said "this is a troll" in the stream? I understood that as "this is a draw"... In either case this thread seems like a harsh overreaction if I didn't miss anything. Just pick a streamer, who comes across more friendly to you, to play against next time. This is the best you can do for your cause.
#8 Fenris, Player 1 forced the repetition in an even position, there's nothing player 2 could have done.

The game 1. Nf3 Nf6 2. Ng1 Ng7 3. Nf3 Nf6 4. Ng1 Ng7 5. Nf3 Nf6 6. Ng1 Ng7 is drawn by repetition, yes. But why would you do that on a website where you playing for fun, and not with a world championship at stake? That's a job for those people, not for us mere mortals.
